Within eighteen months Elvis Presley was the biggest star the world had ever seen – and would ever see.  Hit followed hit – ‘Heartbreak Hotel’, ‘Blue Suede Shoes’, ‘All Shook Up’ – and imitators and disciples like Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly and Chuck Berry followed the trail he blazed. But there will only ever be one Elvis – then, now and for all time!
