You only ever have to pay for what you choose to buy.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you have 10 days to change your mind and return your parcel to us (the return postage is
your responsibility). As soon as your parcel is returned, your invoice is cancelled and you will have nothing to pay, and that will be the end of the matter.
You don’t have to join any club, and there is no minimum purchase. If you start a collection, you are completely free to put it on hold or stop it completely at any time, no questions asked. All you have to do is inform us of your decision by e-mail, telephone or post.
All our products are delivered direct to your home, within approximately 21 days of receipt your order. View them in the comfort of your own home with our FREE 10 day home approval.
Our offers are on a home approval -you don’t have to send any money with your order. You don’t pay for the goods sent to you until you receive your parcel. Once you have received your parcel, payment can be made via cheque, postal order, credit or debit card. You see, the risk is all ours!
