I would like to check my account statement
If you would like to check the status of any payments made or how much is outstanding on your account, please contact Customer Services:
By email: You can contact our Customer Services advisors by clicking on the 'Send us an email' link below. We will aim to send you an email response within 24 hours.

By phone: 0844 870 8400 - lines open 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday to Sunday (calls are charged at 5p per minute from a BT landline, calls from mobile phones will vary in charge depending on the network).
If you would like to request a detailed printed statement of your account:
Please contact Customer Services by email as above, stating your request on the email form provided. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email containing a PDF attachment of your account statement. Please remember to add 'Atlas Editions' to your safe senders list in your browser.
If you have made a recent payment to your acount and received a payment reminder:
Please ignore the reminder, it is likely your payment and the reminder have crossed in the post, or your account has not been updated yet. You do not need to take any further action. We will update your account as soon as the payment is processed..
