How can I access my account online?

If you have not set up an online account:

  1. Have your invoice to hand.
  2. Select the link My Account here, and you will see the 'Create my account' section
  3. Enter your 9-digit customer number and your surname, exactly as they appear on your invoice.
  4. Enter your email address and choose a password (a minimum of 6 characters). Please remember this information as you will need it the next time you log in.
  5. Once you have set up your online account you will  receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards.

When setting up your account:
If your customer number is not accepted when you try to set up the account: check that you have only entered the first 9 digits of your customer number, without the "/“ or the 2 following digits.  If you are still having problems please contact Customer Services.

If the message 'This customer number already exists' appears: this means that you have already set up an online account on the Atlas Editions website.  You will need to log in with the email address and password you used to create your account.

If you have set up an online account:

To view your online account please log in to My Account with your email address and password.

>How can I group more than one customer number on my online account?

If there is no active customer number on your online account.
This means that no parcels have been sent to you during the last 6 months. When you place a new order, this will show on your online account.
