How can I group my Customer Numbers into one account?
You may have more than one customer number with Atlas Editions. You can access all your collections from the same online account using the same password and email, as follows;
- Log on to your online account.
- Go to the Group my customer numbers section.
- Enter the customer number and surname that you want to add. You can find this information on the invoice.
- Repeat this operation for the remaining accounts. You can group up to 4 accounts in this way.
If you require further assistance please click on the 'Send us an email' link below and make sure you provide your surname and postcode, which will enable us to confirm your customer number(s) for you. We will aim to send you an email response within 24 hours.
