Problems placing an order online
To place an order online, you need to complete the order form on the separate Product Page of the item you would like.  Please check all mandatory fields are completed correctly, including your email address.
 
Problems creating or accessing your online account
In order to access your account, we ask you to login securely, using your email address and password.  If you find that your email address or password are not recognised, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered your online account with Atlas Editions.
 
When creating a new online account, we ask you for your surname and customer number.  This must be entered correctly, and can be found on any of your invoices from Atlas Editions. This is a 9-digit number.  We will then ask you to provide an email address and password and you will need to remember these for future access to your account.

Problems sending or receiving emails from Atlas Editions

If you have sent an email and have not received a response within 24 hours, please bear in mind this could take a little longer if we are experiencing a high volume of requests.
Please also check your ‘Spam’ or 'Junk' folder, and check that Atlas Editions is added to your ‘Safe senders’ list in your browser.

Online Security
When placing an order or registering an account with your unique email address and password, please ensure your password is a minimum of 6 characters long. Using a combination of letters and numbers will increase the strength of your password.
 
Phishing
Phishing is the practice of tricking someone into giving confidential information. Examples include falsely claiming to be a legitimate company when sending an email to a user, in an attempt to get the user to send private information that could be used for identity theft and fraud.
We'll never ask you to send any confidential information such as credit or debit card payment details via email. Please never try to make a payment to your account by email using a credit or debit card.  Full details of how to pay make a payment can be found here
 
Use of Cookies
We also use cookies on this Website. A cookie is a text file sent by a web server to a web browser, and stored by the browser. The text file is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.
