How do I suspend or cancel my collection?
I would like to suspend my collection for a period of time
At Atlas Editions, we have a variety of options available according to your specific requirements and collection. For example, you might wish to place a collection on hold for a while, or stop certain products that you are less interested in.

I would like to cancel a collection
If you are considering cancelling a collection, we understand, but would like to make sure we let you know about other options you might be interested in. Get in touch by telephone or email as above and our Expert Advisors will be happy to help.
Please bear in mind if we cancel a collection for you - all future deliveries will be stopped, but if there is a delivery that has already been despatched, it will still reach you. We will be able to let you know the exact situation when you contact us.
If you change your mind later, and want to reactivate a collection
Provided that the collection is still available and you cancelled it less than 6 months ago, that is no problem.
You will need to contact Customer Services by email, telephone or post advising them of the collection you want to reactivate.
