I have an incomplete or faulty parcel
What should I do?
Firstly, please accept our apologies. Despite great care, it is sometimes unavoidable that items can be damaged or lost in transit. We can send you replacements for your damaged or missing items:
- Please send us an email with all the details of the items that need to be replaced
- You will receive the replacement items within 28 days

Please settle the invoice that you have already received when your replacement(s) arrive
Email us: You can contact Customer Services by clicking here or by clicking on the 'Send us an email' link at the bottom of this page. We will aim to send you an email response within 24 hours.
Do I have to send the package back?
No, you can keep the original package.
Should I pay the invoice?
Please don't pay the invoice immediately, but do keep it. As soon as you receive your replacement(s), please settle the original invoice.
If you have already paid, of course you do not need to pay again when you receive the replacement.
