How can I reactivate my collection?
 
If you would like to reactivate a collection that you previously cancelled, or have stopped receiving shipments in a collection:
 
Provided that the collection is still available, and you cancelled it or stopped receiving deliveries in the last 6 months, it should not be a problem for you to resume the collection. Our customer Services advisers will be able to check all the details for you and confirm if this is possible.
